Milestones

The meeting-recording bet is sequenced around one shared finalization path. Upload proves the path first, reusable task and note components establish the shared UI foundation, live recording feeds that same finalization path, and later milestones layer durability, notes, live insights, tasks, speakers, playback, and hardening.

Track overall progress by running ./dev test bet meeting-recording. The bet progress suite reports which milestones are complete (green) and which slices within the current milestone are done or still pending.
